Oatmeal Cake
Oatmeal Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 c. boiling water, 1 c. minute oats, 1/2 c. margarine, softened, 1/2 c. sugar and 1 c. packed dark brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Pour boiling water over oats and margarine.
Let stand for 20 minutes.
Mix all dry ingredients: sugar, dark brown sugar, flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
Beat in eggs, vanilla and milk. Add oat mixture to the rest of the ingredients.
Place mixture in 9-inch square pan (greased).
Bake in preheated oven at 325Β° for about 55 minutes.
