Oatmeal Cake
Oatmeal Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. oatmeal, 1 1/4 c. boiling water, 1/2 c. brown sugar, 1 c. white sugar and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Pour boiling water over 1 cup oatmeal and set aside.
Cream together butter, brown sugar, white sugar, vanilla and eggs.
Sift together flour, soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Mix with the creamed mixture.
Add the oatmeal.
Mix well.
Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
Bake until cake test is done.
Cook in 350Β° oven.
