Oatmeal Cake
Oatmeal Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. oats, 1 stick margarine, 1 c. brown sugar, 1 c. white sugar and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix oats and margarine with 1 1/4 cups of boiling water and let stand 20 minutes.
In separate bowl, mix the other ingredients, then mix with the oatmeal, margarine and water mixture.
Mix well and pour into a buttered 13 x 9-inch cake pan. Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
