Oatmeal Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. boiling water, 1 c. quick oatmeal, 2/3 c. oleo or 1/2 c. oil, 2/3 c. sugar and 1 c. brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Add oatmeal to boiling water; set aside.
Cream together oleo, sugar and brown sugar.
Add eggs to above.
Sift in dry ingredients.
Pour into greased and floured pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 minutes.
