Oatmeal Bread
Oatmeal Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. milk, 1/3 c. oleo, 2 c. rolled oats, 1/2 c. molasses and about 5 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Scald milk and oleo.
Dissolve yeast in warm water, then add sugar and salt.
Add oats to hot milk and wait for mixture to cool. Mix all together and gradually add flour.
Mix well and proceed as for all yeast breads.
Bake at 350Β° for about 40 minutes.
Makes 2 loaves.
