Oatmeal Bread
Oatmeal Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. quick oats, 1/2 c. wheat flour, 1/2 c. brown sugar, 1 tsp. salt and 2 tbsp. oil or margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Combine the first 5 ingredients in a large bowl.
Pour the boiling water over mixture and stir.
Let cool to lukewarm temperature.
Dissolve the yeast in the warm water.
Add to lukewarm batter.
Stir in the flour.
If dough is too sticky, add a little more flour.
Let rise.
Punch down and let rise again. Place dough into two loaf pans.
Let rise again. Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 40 minutes.
