Oatmeal Bars
Oatmeal Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. flour, 3/4 c. brown sugar, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1 c. margarine (cold) and 1 1/2 c. quick oatmeal, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Mix flour, brown sugar and baking powder and cut in margarine. Mix until crumbly, then add oatmeal, coconut and walnuts. Press 1/2 of mixture in 13 x 9-inch pan.
Spoon cherry pie filling over mixture.
Sprinkle the rest of mixture on top of pie filling.
Can use strawberry, blackberry or apricot pie filling. Bake at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly brown.
