Oatmeal is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. one minute oatmeal, 2 c. water, 1 small apple, peeled and diced, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Bring water and salt to boil; add chopped apples and raisins and cook 1 minute.
