Oat Raisin Loaf
Oat Raisin Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. boiling water, 1/2 c. quick cooking oats, 2 c. bisquick baking mix, 1/2 c. raisins and 1/2 c. chopped nuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Heat oven to 350Β°.
Grease bottom only of 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans.
Pour water over oats in large bowl; stir until moistened. Stir in remaining ingredients.
Pour into pan.
Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, 45 to 50 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes.
Loosen sides of loaf from pan.
Cool completely before slicing.
