Nutty Marshmallow Log
Nutty Marshmallow Log is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. chopped pecans, about 1 1/4 c. sifted powdered sugar, divided, 1 (16 oz.) pkg. marshmallows and 3 to 4 tbsp. peanut butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine pecans and 1 cup powdered sugar; sprinkle evenly over a large sheet of waxed paper and set aside.
Melt marshmallows in top of a double boiler; stir in peanut butter.
Pour mixture over powdered sugar-pecan mixture.
Mix with hands until pecans and sugar are blended into marshmallow mixture and mixture resembles soft dough.
Shape into 2 rolls, 1-inch in diameter.
Let stand about 45 minutes.
Roll candy in remaining powdered sugar.
Let stand 30 minutes.
Cut into 1/4-inch slices.
Store in a covered container, separating layers with waxed paper.
Yield
About 100 slices.
