Mix together peanuts, crumbs and seasonings.
Dip chicken pieces in broth and then in peanut mixture.
Coat all over.
Place in a single layer on lightly greased foil lined baking pan.
Bake at 400Β° for approximately 40 to 45 minutes for bone in chicken or 30 to 35 minutes for boneless chicken.
Do not turn during baking.
