Mix cake mix, oleo and 3/4 cup pecans.
Press in 9 x 13-inch greased pan.
Mix brown sugar and cream cheese and spread over 1st layer.
Sprinkle 3/4 cup nuts.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350Β°. Cool before cutting.
