(125 g) philadelphia cream cheese, softened, 1 1/2 c. finely grated cheddar cheese, 4 tbsp. maple syrup and 1/2 c. finely chopped toasted pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In medium bowl, blend cheeses with 2 tablespoons maple syrup. Chill until firm, about 1 hour.
Shape into a rectangular block and brush with remaining 2 tablespoons maple syrup.
