Cream margarine, honey, eggs, vanilla and applesauce in a large bowl.
Mix thoroughly.
Sift flour, baking powder and salt; add wheat germ and mix well.
Blend in oats, dates, bran, nuts and milk.
Add to egg mixture.
Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets and bake at 350Β° for 15 minutes.
Makes about 40 cookies.
