Nutmeg Butterballs
Nutmeg Butterballs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. chopped nuts, 1 c. soft butter (use at least 1/2 butter), 1/2 c. sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla and 2 c. sifted all-purpose flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cream butter and sugar.
Blend in nuts and vanilla.
Add flour. Mix well.
Shape into 1 inch balls and chill.
Bake on greased cookie sheets at 300Β° for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool.
Roll in confectioners sugar and nutmeg.
