Nut's Cake
Nut'S Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 c. sugar, 1 1/2 c. nuts, 6 eggs, 2 tbsp. cocoa and 1 tbsp. ground lemon rind, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Grind the nuts and mix them with the egg yolks, sugar, cocoa, lemon rind and baking soda.
Then fold into the mixture the whipped egg whites.
Bake in nonstick pan for 1 hour on medium heat.
When ready, sprinkle the cake with confectioners sugar.
