Nut Roll
Nut Roll is an easy dinner. Made with 1 box vanilla wafers, crushed, 1 can eagle brand milk, 1 large pkg. coconut, 1 medium box candied cherries and 2 c. chopped pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Mix crushed vanilla wafers.
Mix with pecans, milk, cherries and 1/2 bag of coconut.
Put other half of coconut on waxed paper. Pour mixture on waxed paper and roll, then put in refrigerator and chill.
Slice off and serve anytime.
Great for parties and Christmas.
