Nut Pie
Nut Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 egg whites, 1 c. sugar, 3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs, 1 tsp. baking powder and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Beat egg whites until stiff.
Add sugar and continue beating until very stiff.
Mix graham cracker crumbs and baking powder. Fold into egg whites and add vanilla, pecans and salt.
Pour into a 9-inch greased pie pan.
Bake 30 minutes at 350Β°.
Cool and top with whipped cream or other whipped topping.
Keep refrigerated.
