Nut Kifle
Nut Kifle is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. sweet butter, 1 1/2 c. flour, pinch of salt, 2 tbsp. sour cream and 3 egg yolks, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Take flour, butter and salt and mix well together.
Then add egg yolks and sour cream.
Form into small ball and refrigerate overnight.
Roll out thin and fill with nuts or prune jelly. Fold in half and seal edges with fork teeth.
Brush egg white on top.
Bake at 300Β° for 15 minutes.
