Nut Fingers
Nut Fingers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. (2 sticks) butter or margarine, 3/4 c. 10x confectioners powdered sugar, 2 c. all-purpose flour, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 c. finely chopped pecans or walnuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Beat butter or margarine in large bowl with electric mixer at high speed until fluffy.
Add the 3/4 cup of 10x sugar, flour and vanilla.
Mix well.
Blend in nuts.
Shape dough into 3-inch logs. Place, 1-inch apart, on cookie sheet.
Bake in slow oven at 325Β° for 25 minutes or until pale golden brown.
Roll in 10x sugar while still hot.
Cool on wire racks.
Roll cooled cookies again in sugar to coat evenly.
