Sift together the salt, powdered sugar and flour.
With a fork, mix margarine and dry ingredients with the ice water and vanilla.
Add the pecans.
Roll into desired shape and bake about 30 minutes at 375Β° or until lightly browned.
When cool, roll in powdered sugar.
