Nut Cookies is an easy dinner. Made with 1 egg white, 2 c. chopped pecans and 3/4 c. brown sugar, packed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Beat egg white until frothy; add sugar and beat until egg white melts the sugar.
Add nuts; mix well.
Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 300Β° or until brown.
Let cool before removing from pan.
Makes 24 cookies.
