Nut Cake
Nut Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 stick margarine, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 1 tsp. vanilla and 2 1/4 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cream margarine.
Add sugar gradually, then add eggs and vanilla.
Sift together flour, soda, baking powder and salt.
Add to other ingredients alternately with buttermilk.
Mix well and then add nuts.
Pour in greased and floured cake pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes or until done.
