Nut Cake
Nut Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. butter, softened, 2 c. sugar, 6 eggs, 2 1/2 c. self-rising flour and 1 tsp. vanilla extract, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cream butter and sugar in mixer bowl until light and fluffy. Add eggs 2 at a time, beating well after each addition.
Add self-rising flour; mix well.
Stir in vanilla.
Combine pecans, walnuts and all-purpose flour in bowl; toss to coat.
Fold into batter.
Stir in apples.
Pour into ungreased tube pan.
Bake at 300Β° for 1 1/4 hours.
Cool in pan for several minutes.
Invert onto serving plate.
