Nut Bread
Nut Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. all-purpose flour, 1 c. sugar, 4 tsp. baking powder, 1 tsp. salt and 1 beaten egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Stir together the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Combine egg, milk and oil; add to dry ingredients, stirring just until combined.
Stir in nuts.
Turn into a greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
Bake in a 350Β° oven about 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
Cool in pan 10 minutes.
Remove from pan.
Cool on a rack.
Wrap and store overnight.
