Mix all ingredients together except the yeast (yeast in warm milk goes in last.)

Mix nuts with sugar as sweet as you want. Add milk slowly and add 1 teaspoon vanilla.

Let dough raise for 1 hour, covered, in warm place.

Take off small piece of dough; roll it out and put in filling.

Roll up; bake 1/2 hour.

Put in 350Β° oven for 30 to 35 minutes.

Beat up 1 egg, drop of water and pinch of sugar.

Brush on rolls right before you put back in oven.
