Wash potatoes.
Cut lengthwise wedge across top of potatoes, 1-inch wide and 1-inch deep.
Remove wedge.
Place bacon and green onions in corner of wedge.
Add butter.
Replace wedge and wrap in foil.
Bake at 400Β° for 1 hour or until potato is done.
