Norwegian Te-Brod
Norwegian Te-Brod is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 c. butter or margarine, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 4 eggs, beaten, 4 c. flour and 3 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Melt butter; add sugar, beaten eggs, extract and flour which has been sifted with baking powder, salt and cardamon.
Grease and flour 9 x 13-inch pan.
Pour in and spread with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon.
Bake for 30 minutes in 300° oven.
Remove and cool. Split lengthwise, then into slices.
Put on cookie sheet and put in 350° oven to brown.
Turn over and brown other side.
