Norwegian Crowns
Norwegian Crowns is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter, 1/4 c. sugar, 1 c. sifted flour, 2 hard-boiled egg yolks and 1/2 tsp. almond extract, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Put yolks through strainer into creamed butter.
Mix thoroughly.
Add sugar gradually and continue to cream.
Add flour and almonds; blend well.
Force dough through cookie press or roll out on floured board and use cookie cutter.
Bake 10 minutes at 400Β°.
Watch cookies; they burn easily!
