Cream together butter and sugars.
Add eggs and vanilla.
Mix in flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder and soda; mix well.
Add chocolate chips, grated Hershey bar and nuts.
Make golf-ball sized cookies, 2-inches apart and bake on ungreased cookie sheets at 375Β° for 6 to 9 minutes.
Makes 112 cookies.
