Noodle Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. diced celery, 1 tbsp. minced onion, 1/4 c. grated carrots, water and 2 (46 oz. each) large cans chicken broth, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Place celery, onion and carrots in a soup kettle.
Add water almost to cover.
Simmer, uncovered, for about 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Add broth and bring to a boil.
Add noodles and boil gently for 20 minutes.
