Noodle Pudding
Noodle Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. butter or margarine, softened, 1/3 c. sugar, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature), 8 oz. flat noodles, cooked and drained and 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cream butter and sugar together.
Add eggs and cream cheese. Add cooked noodles and milk.
Turn into buttered casserole dish. Mix cornflakes with sugar and cinnamon.
Sprinkle over top of noodle pudding.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes or until golden.
