Noodle Pudding
Noodle Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (1 lb.) pkg. broad noodles (break in bag), 1/2 lb. butter, 1 lb. creamy cottage cheese, 1 pt. sour cream and 4 eggs, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cook noodles and drain.
Melt butter in hot noodles in a large bowl.
Once butter has melted, add beaten eggs, sugar and cottage cheese.
Stir well.
Add all other ingredients.
Bake in 13 x 9-inch pan.
Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350Β° or until noodles turn golden brown.
Allow to cool somewhat before serving.
Good either warm or cold, as a side dish or dessert.
