Noodle Pudding
Noodle Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. medium broad egg noodles, 1 large can fruit cocktail, 2 tsp. vanilla, 1/2 stick oleo and pinch of salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Boil noodles in salt water until tender.
Drain very dry.
Put in large bowl.
Melt butter in hot noodles.
Add 9 beaten eggs. Add both cans of fruit with juice.
Add vanilla, sugar, raisins and orange juice.
Put 3 tablespoons butter in 2 (9 x 12-inch) baking pans.
When butter is melted, in a 350° oven, divide the mixture between the 2 pans and bake 1 hour at 325° or until slightly brown.
Can divide recipe in half.
