Noodle Lasagna
Noodle Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 small onion, 1 to 2 c. tomato juice, 1 can tomato paste and 1/2 tsp. oregano, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Brown ground beef and onion together; drain.
Add oregano, basil, tomato juice and tomato paste; simmer.
Fix egg noodles according to package directions; drain.
Mix noodles, cottage cheese and sauce together and pour into a 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Layer Mozzarella and Cheddar cheese on top.
Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour.
