Noodle Casserole
Noodle Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 c. milk, 1/2 lb. grated sharp cheddar and 3/4 c. chopped olives, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Cook noodles and drain.
Brown hamburger lightly in skillet. Add onions, salt and pepper.
Blend soup and milk until smooth. In casserole dish, put layer of noodles and cheese.
Sprinkle parsley and meat mixture.
Repeat layers.
Pour soup mixture over top.
Bake at 350Β° for 50 minutes.
Remove and top with chow mein noodles and almonds.
Brown 15 to 20 minutes.
