Made with 2 3/4 c. uncooked medium egg noodles, 1 c. cottage cheese, 1 c. sour cream (at room temperature), 1/2 c. sliced green onion and 2 c. meat sauce (spaghetti), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cook noodles and drain.
Mix noodles, cottage cheese, sour cream and onion together.
Spoon into greased baking dish; top with meat sauce, then top with cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes or until bubbly hot.
