Nonfat Chocolate Cake
Nonfat Chocolate Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 c. flour, 1/2 tsp. baking soda, 1 c. sugar, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Lightly coat a 9-inch square pan with cooking spray.
In a large bowl combine the dry ingredients and mix.
Whisk egg whites, water and corn syrup in a medium sized bowl.
Stir this into the dry ingredients until smooth, then pour the batter into the pan.
Bake 30 minutes or until the cake springs back when lightly touched.
Makes 16 servings.
