None Such Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. shortening, 3 eggs, 1 (9 oz.) pkg. none such mincemeat, crumbled, 1 tsp. baking soda and 1 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Preheat oven to 375Β°.
Beat shortening and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs; beat well.
Combine dry ingredients; gradually add to shortening mixture.
Mix well.
Stir in mincemeat.
Drop by rounded teaspoonful 2 inches apart onto greased baking sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
Frost if desired. Makes about 6 1/2 dozen.
