Preheat oven to 425°.
Place apple juice in saucepan, undiluted and bring to boil.
Combine next 4 ingredients in small bowl; add little apple juice.
Stir until blended in saucepan of juice.
Pour this mixture over apples; stir until all slices are coated.
Pour in pie crust.
Bake at 425° for 30 minutes; reduce to 375° and bake until done.
