No Stir Cobbler
No Stir Cobbler is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sifted flour, 1/2 c. sugar, 2 tsp. baking powder, 1/4 tsp. salt and 3 tbsp. margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Melt butter in pan (8 x 8-inches).
Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Gradually add milk to flour mixture, stirring until fairly smooth. Don't worry about small lumps.
Spoon batter as evenly as possible over melted butter.
Do not stir. Take peach slices from can and place them evenly on batter. Drizzle peach syrup over the top.
Bake at 375Β° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Serve warm topped with Dream Whip.
