Sift dry ingredients into pie pan.
Combine milk and oil in cup.
Whip with fork and pour all at once over flour mixture.
Mix until flour is completely dampened.
Press evenly with fingers to line bottom of pan and up the sides.
Be sure dough is pressed to uniform thickness.
To flute
Prick entire surface.
Bake 12 to 15 minutes at 425°.
For unbaked shell
Fill as desired and bake 15 minutes at 400°.
