Line 9 x 13-inch pan with foil and grease.
Put rice on bottom.
Place chicken on top of rice.
Mix soups and pour over rice (do not dilute).
Sprinkle on onion soup mix.
Shake pan to mix.
Seal foil tight and bake at 300Β° for 2 1/2 hours.
Serves 4 to 6.
