No Mix Cake
No Mix Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (no. 2) can cherry pie filling, 2 c. crushed pineapple with juice, 1 1/2 c. grated coconut, 1 c. pecans and 1 box yellow or white cake mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Spread cherry pie filling into greased 14 x 10-inch pan.
Pour crushed pineapple and juice over the pie filling.
Cover with coconut and pecans.
Spread cake mix (dry) over mixture.
Place pats of butter over entire top of cake.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes or until browned.
Serve with ice cream or whipped cream. Makes 12 to 15 servings.
