Heat milk until bubbles form and remove from heat.
Add honey, oil and salt.
Dissolve yeast in large mixing bowl.
Stir in milk with honey, oil and salt along with eggs.
Add 3 white flour and 1 cup whole wheat flour.
Beat on low.
Then beat on medium until smooth, about 2 minutes.
Add 2 cups whole wheat flour with wooden spoon.
