Mix flour, butter and sugar with a fork.
(If using vanilla pudding, can add 2 cups of coconut.)
Spread on cookie sheet. Bake at 300Β° for 30 to 40 minutes.
Stir last 15 minutes.
Cool. Put 2/3 in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
