No Fail Yeast Rolls is an easy dinner. Made with 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 c. flour, 3 tbsp. sugar, 1 1/4 tsp. salt, 1 pkg. quick acting yeast and 1/4 c. oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Stir yeast, salt and sugar into flour.
Heat milk until hot to touch.
Add milk and oil to dry ingredients, beating until well blended, for about 5 minutes.
Then with a spoon, add as much flour as needed.
Turn out onto a floured surface and knead until smooth. Place into a greased or oiled bowl and cover with a towel.
Let rise until double.
Punch down and turn out onto a floured surface. Roll out; cut with a biscuit cutter.
Put into oiled pan and let rise until double.
Cook at 400Β° until brown.
