No-Fail Pancakes
No-Fail Pancakes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. all-purpose flour, 1/2 tsp. salt, 2 tbsp. baking powder, 2 tbsp. sugar and 1 egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Combine dry ingredients in medium size bowl.
Add milk, cooking oil and egg; mix with spoon until blended.
Batter will be lumpy.
Put small amount of cooking oil on a paper towel and wipe skillet.
Turn burner on high and heat skillet until a drop of water dances.
Turn fire down to medium.
Pour small amount of batter into skillet.
Cook on medium until bubbles form and pop. Turn and cook until light brown.
Serve hot.
