No Crust Cheese Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 eggs, 2/3 c. sugar, 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 c. sour cream and 3 tsp. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Butter a 9 or 10-inch pie plate.
Mix eggs, 2/3 cup sugar and cream cheese.
Pour into pie plate and bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
Remove and cool for 20 minutes.
Top with mixture of sour cream, 3 teaspoons sugar and vanilla.
Bake 10 minutes at 350°.
Remove, cool and store in refrigerator.
