No Bake Pudding Cake
No Bake Pudding Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 large pkg. instant vanilla pudding, 1 large pkg. instant chocolate pudding, 2 pkg. stella d'oro anisette sponge cookies, 1 container cool whip, thawed and maraschino cherries or nuts (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In a deep E-Z foil pan, layer one row of the sponge cookies. Prepare the chocolate instant pudding as directed on box.
Pour over layer of cookies.
Place another layer of cookies over the chocolate pudding.
Prepare the vanilla instant pudding as directed on box.
Pour over the second layer of cookies. Spread Cool Whip over the vanilla pudding, covering completely. Decorate with cherries or nuts. Refrigerate.
